March is Women’s History Month
February 23, 2016 – West Chester, PA: Celebrate Women’s History Month with the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls (CCFWG). Attend engaging events and learn about the impact women have had on our history. Follow CCFWG on social media to share fun facts throughout the month of March.
On Tuesday, March 15th join CCFWG and the Kennett Area Senior Center for a lively discussion among women across all ages from 6 – 8 PM at the Kennett Area Senior Center. Generational Conversations will be an interactive session, facilitated by Dr. Michele Belliveau, Chair of West Chester University’s Social Work Department, will explore how women can come together and improve communication in order to build inter generational relationships and to create opportunities for each woman to share her own HERstory.
On March 16th, the CCFWG will be presenting 2016 Women’s Issues. Join us for a non-partisan discussion of issues affecting women in 2016 and their impact on the upcoming presidential election from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM at the CCFWG Office.
