20th ANNIVERSARY

CCFWG

Celebrating 20 years of community transformation

The year 2017 marked the 20th anniversary of CCFWG and we couldn’t have done it without you! Our mission is just as strong today as it was 20 years ago. Since 1997, CCFWG has developed strong roots in our community by providing education and grant support to 71 nonprofit agencies in Chester County. Our 2016 Blueprint Report identifies seven critical areas that affect the lives of women and girls, including employment and earnings, work and family, poverty and opportunity, and health and well-being.

We remain a bold, strategic and creative leader in uniting community partners and individuals around a shared commitment to our women, girls and their families. From homelessness and domestic violence to healthcare access and education – we have listened to the diverse voices and perspectives in our community to tackle some of our toughest challenges.

As we move into our next 20 years, we welcome both long-time supporters and new friends of the Fund to help us celebrate our history – past and present – as we look toward a bright future.

Thanks to all who came out to Community Fest: Fall Fun Celebrating the Fund, a family festival on October 14 in Kerr Park, Downingtown, that featured food trucks, live music, arts and crafts vendors, and an array of fun and educational activities for women, men and children of all ages. Local non-profits were on hand to share information on how to get involved in the community. Check out photos from the event below:
