To honor 20 years of uniting the community through philanthropy, advocacy, education and community collaboration,
the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls invites all Chester County residents to join us for Community Fest, a celebration of our decades-long commitment to improving the lives of women and girls.

Community Fest will take place on Saturday, October 14, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm in Kerr Park, Downingtown, PA. A family event, the festival will feature food trucks, live music, arts and crafts vendors, and an array of fun and educational activities for women, men and children of all ages. Local non-profits will also be on hand to share information on how to get involved in the community. Community Fest will directly follow Downingtown Mayor Josh Maxwell’s Mayor’s 5K to End Gender-Based Violence, with proceeds benefiting the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County, the Crime Victims’ Center of Chester County and CCFWG.

Our mission is just as strong today as it was 20 years ago. We remain a bold, strategic and creative leader in uniting community partners and individuals around a shared commitment to our women, girls and their families. From homelessness and domestic violence to healthcare access and education – we have listened to the diverse voices and perspectives in our community to tackle some of our toughest challenges.

In our 20th year, we welcome both long-time supporters and new friends of the Fund to help us celebrate our history – past and present – as we look toward a bright future.
